Acta Orthopaedica as the new official publisher of the ISAR congresses

Acta Orthopaedica is proud to announce that we in 2025 will be the new official publisher of the ISAR congresses. Acta is a natural journal for ISAR to publish in, as our journal has a long tradition of publishing register research. We have many reviewers highly qualified in reviewing register trials: Moreover, several in the editorial team have huge experience in the field.

ISAR (International Society of Arthroplasty Registries (https://www.isarhome.org)) is a worldwide organization made up of member registries. The aim of ISAR is to improve the outcomes for individuals receiving joint replacement surgery worldwide. 

ISAR arranges yearly congresses with presentation of original research. Full manuscripts develop from presented abstracts, may be submitted to Acta Orthopaedica and published as an ISAR article.
