A case with characteristic roentgenographs and microscopic findings of adamantinoma tibiae is reported. Knee disarticulation with early ambulation is the treatment of choice and was performed on this patient. Limb ablation followed by Unna Paste Bandage to prevent oedema and permit early prosthetic fitting facilitates rehabilitation. The 1 year follow-up showed excellent prosthetic function and no evidence of residual tumour.Downloads
