Posterior atlanto-axial subluxation in rheumatoid arthritis

Among 130 patients operated for rheumatoid arthritis of the cervical spine, four patients had the rare condition of posterior subluxation of the atlas. After fusion they were relieved of pain and their neurologic dysfunction improved.Downloads
