Epidemiology of knee injuries in children

We analyzed 91 consecutive metaphyseal fractures, physeal injuries, and ligament ruptures in children aged 0-14 years. In the younger children, metaphyseal fractures dominated, whereas teenager had ligament rupture associated with low-energy trauma and physeal injury with high-energy trauma.Downloads
